Position: Kitchen Showroom Consultant – casual


Due to rapid growth at the Richmond showroom, Zesta Kitchens is seeking a customer focused kitchen showroom consultant to work autonomously.

The position includes:

  • One on one customer focus.
  • Exceed customer expectations to identify customers’ needs, showcase products and finally appoint an in home Kitchen design appointment.
  • Salary plus commission bonus.
  • Maintain showroom in a professional tidy manner at all times.
  • Ensure showroom is manned at designated opening hours.
  • All training will be provided.

Skills required:

  • Customer Service experience.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task with customers and Showroom Manager.
  • Sound computer knowledge.
  • Availability to work on a casual basis including weekends.

Position: Kitchen Designer – Full Time


Opportunity for a Kitchen Designer to cover the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer or business person with previous cabinet or kitchen renovation experience. Must enjoy working with customers in their home for designing, selling and detailing kitchens.

The position

Servicing kitchen renovation leads selling our range of kitchens and appliances. This will require listening to the customer’s needs to finalise their style of kitchen that will suit their lifestyle as well as appliances and all areas of the kitchen process.

Strong communication and customer service skills and a good knowledge of the local market is required as well as the ability to close using our well worked processes. A high level of detail is also required to measure, design and place the kitchen order into production. This will involve taking responsibility for all areas of the kitchen process including accuracy on detailed design into our manufacturing plant for production. Also follow up for any customer jobs post sale and installation.

Must be professional in presentation and manner and ideal if previous experience in direct kitchen sales. Excellent planning & time management skills is desirable for this position.
